You send
us an e-mail with your error description, our invoice number and your
processing number to
mb@span-it.de. Then we send you a RMA
number. Afterwards you send us back the defect goods, carriage paid, together
with a copy of our invoice, your delivery note with error description
and our RMA number. Shipments with unpaid carriage won't be accepted.
Usually you get your exchange, repaired product or credit note within 14
days.
